My boyfriend and I order from your place last night and we would rate your service below a zero. We ordered 2 beast, potato wedges and order of onion straws. The cheese stuck to the paper it was wrapped in, the sub roll was to small.. The southern sauce tasted horrible. We spent $46.00 a waste of our money.

If i could give this place a zero i would we ordered a few months back and had horrible service didn't get what we ordered and ended up eating elsewhere fast forward 5 months me and my coworkers decided to give you all another shot well as before the service was better but what I'm more irritated about is I ordered a small cheese steak and a small fry the fry was ok but the steak and cheese was probably the worst i have ever seen in my life it had a bun less than 4in long and at least 1 flank steak that measured out to probably 2 oz!! for  $7.00 bucks that's what you get!! I worked in the food service for many years and managed 2 stores in the past that made cheese steaks and that was the worst I have ever seen! Now fast forward to me calling in and voicing my concern mind you very pissed off I just spent 7 bucks on a sub that was dry and tasted horrible I was told " I don't make the prices here I'm sorry its not my Problem" and my response was I will never order from here again! This location is a piss poor establishment in my book and needs employees that care. but I'm not surprised its Hagerstown and just like many other stores downtown it will more than likely will close eventually but time will tell Never Again!!!

The Best Food I have had in along time and that special sauce is so good . Just a great place to eat great atmosphere and excellent customer service , just moved here from Atlanta and was first stop will definitely be returning .
