Been here 4-5 times. OVERPRICED AF and they keep adding egg to my bagel??? 3 different times I’ve ordered no egg, specifically NO EGG. and they keep adding it. This time they completely messed up my order I got taylor ham, extra cheese, and two hashbrowns - instead i got no cheese, one hashbrown, AND EGG AGAIN!?! Please like what if i was allergic continuously begging yall to not put egg??? Please be more careful when taking orders and maybe lower your prices? $7-8 bagel is insane

Bagels are pretty bad. Went to give them another try, called in my order on a Saturday, I understand that's a busy day but was told 45 minutes for one sandwich. No thanks.

Had a nice everything bagel with cream cheese nice bagel store and glad to have them in our area.

Bagels are ok not special and the service is “almost”average.  Why do they ask for a tip on every transaction, up to 25%, when it is a self service place?  6 employees but 4 were talking amongst themselves and only 2 were working.  One of the working employees was supposedly, under training so you can imagine the level of service!!!!

Maybe just a little more bacon for $8 But overall pretty good.

The blueberry and the rainbow bagel , super soft and fresh. but they need to clean their tables so ppl feel like sitting down.

Bagels are good, but the service very bad. Many times they miss the orders. When I ask them to toast, they don’t toast them. They always miss the type of cream cheese that was order..

Bagels are good, but so are their salads. Mostly friendly staff. The owner is great! I recommend trying it if you're in the area.

Best bagels in town, very friendly staff and place looks amazing after new owners took over. I highly recommend

Went to the shop for my first time today 12/27/2020. Cooks and cashiers were very patient and understanding, gave good recommendations on what to order. Bagels were fresh and service was quick. Overall loved the experience, will definitely drop by again frequently.
