Went there a few months ago with my dad. We walked right in, took a number (tell the machine the reason for your visit and get a number according to department), sat down and wait for maybe 30 minutes. To me that's not long. I've waited hours at other places. The staff is typical for any governemnt staff and building. I'm going there again Friday. Let's hope it's as good a visit add the first.

Some employees are very rude. Also, they close earlier than it states online. Thry even closed on March 7th where online 
 it said they're open.

Every time I went I am prepared to sit forever and I don't spend a long time there at all....my longest time there was 30 mins and thats with an appointment

I visited this place with my mother. The lady who attended us was VERY, VERY rude. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. We did not know that we had to fill an application for a replacement. I made attempts of asking the security guard for help, but he just turned me away. When we got called, the lady insulted me and my mother by saying, “you’re two grown adults, you should know”. She immediately gossiped it to her fellow co-worker, in front of us. She was rude throughout the whole interaction. Then I politely suggested us to go home and do it another day due to our schedule and the person we were there for not being there. She had not even started putting anything into the computer when this occurred. She made this huge disgusted face and immediately said “time wasted”.Excuse me? More like, an hour and 30 minutes of waiting time wasted for me and my mother due to the lack of guidance we received. Horrible place. They do not help you at all.

When a representative at window  A Jersey City Office tell you the person you seen 2 weeks ago was new and didn't quite understand the job.  Well why did he waste my time or his.  Very unprofessional at the least.   Horrible Service!@!!!!@@@@
