The workers are awesome! The food is always great. This became my favorite place to visit when I moved here 3 years ago! Great spot for breakfast or lunch!!

I really loved this place until I had to unfortunately meet the owner one day. The staff she hires is incredible, so friendly and courteous, can't say the same for her. There food is very good but pricey, however I don't mind that as long as the quality of the food is good. When I asked the owner, which I didn't know was the owner, if I could get a little bit more sauce for my sandwich, she tried to charge me for it. The sandwich is already $8 by itself, and you are going to change me for a small dollop of extra sauce, I have never had any dining place do that. I proceeded to tell her that I come here all the time and that I have never been charged for a little extra condiments, she proceeded to arrogantly tell me that she is the owner and that is nice to know and she will address this with her staff. Her whole attitude and the way she addrsssed the situation was just appalling to me, and not what I expected. The place is supposed to have that down to earth cozy feel, but that shattered everything for me. I will probably never eat here again because of my experience with the owner and this was one of my go to spots, not to mention how many of my friends and family members I have brought here.

Outstanding service and excellent food. All courses were equally good and we VERY much enjoyed our dinner. It is terrific, frankly to have a restaurant of this quality also be BYOB.

Prices are a little steep but normal for getting fresh veggies and organic meat in Hamilton . I had the salmon bowl and it was superb - kale, rice, salmon, pickled veggies and egg a balanced high protein meal but not too filling. The avocado sandwich was a little heavy bread wise but it was an awesome amount of avocado would definitely recommend splitting the two dishes if possible.
