One of the cleanest and best operated Jersey Mike's that I've been to.  Always a great experience.

I am highly disappointed in the lack of customer service at the Calabasas Jersey Mikes. I live in Ventura and my son accidently ordered 2 sandwiches online to be picked up from the store in Calabasas. That is too far to drive to pick up any sandwich no matter how good they are. Once I figured out why the sandwiches were not ready for pick-up at the Ventura Mall I called the store in Calabasas. My first call left me somewhat puzzled. The store manager, I will not reveal his name as of yet, told me sorry, there is nothing he can do. He refused to let me speak with his boss but said that he would call him and have his boss call me back. I received no such call of course. I called back and he said that they are on vacation and will call me after they return.
   This seems like an easy fix. Most businesses that I have dealt with probably would have given me store credit or called the Ventura store to have them make me a couple of sandwiches. No big deal. I understand that it was a mistake on my sons part and he has owned it. But I am out $20 and with nothing to eat. In my book this is not great customer service. It's too bad, I loved their sandwiches. I guess its "Mikes Way" or the highway.

This place is heaven! Replaced subway and chipotle completely! This is my favorite place and i can't imagine receiving bad service from Jersey Mike's ever!
