My experience at this location was varied. Although the employees were friendly and attentive and my girlfriend had no issues with her sandwich, there was a MAJOR problem with the buffalo chicken wrap I ordered. After consuming it at home that evening I became increasingly sick throughout the night. I threw up multiple times at 12:30am, 1:23am and frequently at 3:43am as my body was trying to get rid of whatever stomach virus had infected it. Lost a lot of liquid and food that night and lost a day of work the following day and am still recovering. Bottom line, there could be an issue with how the meat or vegetables I had on this chicken wrap was stored at this location. Maybe it was stored at an in proper temperature or under less than sanitary conditions. I don't know. What I do know is, I will never try Jersey subs again or recommend it.

I drove across town to the Sugarloaf Mills location for a Jersey Mike's sandwich as the Duluth location has been closed permanently. I have eaten at this particular Jersey Mike's on several occasions. Most of my visits have not been customer friendly. I decided to finally write a review since service has not improved. The current staff is young, immature and inexperienced. The manager??? (oldest guy there?) does not present himself professionally. Although advertised there was no rosemary parmesan bread (it was still in the oven), although I was eating in, I wasn't provided a tray and had to juggle drink, chips and sandwich, phone, keys and purse to the table, there was no steak causing a customer to walk out, there were only two kinds of chips causing another customer to question why, the two tea dispensers did not have lids leaving the tops open to catch falling dust and debris from the ceiling and floating in the air (quite unsanitary). The sandwich preparer did not have a head covering. I am not sure if the franchisee is aware of these things. They make want to visit and make some much needed changes or continue to lose valuable customers. Signed, I once loved Jersey Mike's

They seem to not handle a line or managing whose order is whose. With that said, I got a number 43 Chipotle Cheese Steak, it was fantastic. They need to work on their organizational skills, maybe handing out customer numbers or names on the receipts. This is a simple fix that could greatly increase their performance, so as of right now, I am grading on food, and I would definitely eat there again.

These guys can't get any stupider. This is the 3rd time in a row they screw up an online order...so I am officially done with them. They are too dumb to function. This time the problems are...1) Mountain Dew had no syrup in it, just carbonation 2) They forgot to put in the side of pickles which was on the special notes of the order 3) One sub had no onions even though that is part of Mike's Way which is automatically selected when ordering online 4) The other sub (#9) had no Bacon on it even though it comes with Bacon and I paid extra for more Bacon 5) They did not add the pickles to the same sub 6) They did not add mayo to the same sub even though the #9 comes with it and was automatically selected when ordering online. Any of these issues by themself is not a big deal, but when you screw up 6 times in an order with 2 subs. I have zero issues any other location, but this one is constant. Too bad they closed down the Suwanee location cause they were perfect. Sugarloaf Mills location staff is just plain dumb.

Update: tried this location again July 2017. Always a problem here. This time but out of bacon at 6pm. Love jersey Mike's subs buy this location rarely has someone working who can competently make a sandwich. Nothing complex, but try a simple #9 Mike's way and who knows what's gonna be on it from one time to next.
