I am so grateful for this store and awesome employees!

This happened over a week ago but it has been on my mind. I walked over to this location to pick up lunch for myself and a few friends leaving my phone behind wanting to feel free and a list of what everyone wanted so I thought I was good... I wasn't because I lost the list! Lol! 

When I get to the store they not only help me by giving me a phone to use but google the number to where I was working that day because I didn't know it. And they were all so kind and so helpful! 

One of the many reasons I love Jersey Mikes and they make the best sandwiches ever!

Online is quick and easy but......i just got my subs and was kinda bummed that i did not get what i ordered ....if you do the online ordering , double check your order because you will be disapointed

+ Let them know if it's your first time there - all rookies get a free cookie
+ Hearty sandwiches made your way
+ "Mike's Way" makes your sandwich kind of soggy, so tread cautiously

Food:
The sandwiches are tasty and they have a great selection of freshly cut meats and ingredients. my fave is the Turkey Breast and Provolone with just mayo and lettuce. I find getting it "Mike's Way" with all of the vinaigrettes and sauces makes the bread kind of soggy, so I opt out. But the food is always fresh so that's a plus.

Service:
Workers are always friendly, nice and welcoming. They keep it nice and tidy and have seating inside and a few tables outside.

Verdict:
Now that Mr. Pickles closed across the way in the same square, Jersey Mike's is my go-to sub place.

I went in around 11:30 am on a Saturday and ordered 2 sandwiches. One was a #9 which the menu clearly states comes with Bacon. The sandwich assembler asked me if I wanted bacon, I said yes, he acknowledged my response and no bacon made it on my sandwich. The second was a classic Italian, #14, I asked for jalapeño to be added, again the sandwich assembler acknowledged my request... no jalapeños. I moved ahead to pay for the food without doing a proper quality check on the sandwiches in order to keep the line moving and I was subjected to the sandwich assembler's incompetence. I have learned my lesson and will seriously consider visiting that location again. Be warned, the illustrious "sandwich assemblers" struggle with simple tasks at this location.
