I placed an online order and it said to pick up the food 25 minutes later. I arrived at the said time and they had not even started on making the order. I waited 15 minutes to leave my house. It would have been quicker if I came straight to the store and stood in line. What a joke.

I really enjoyed Jersey Mike's. I went there in the middle of the lunch rush and still the servers were courteous. My order included two hot subs which required them to be made fresh and still it was completed fairly quickly and courteous.

Got a steak sub and it's not what it looks like in there Web site. It's just steakums in a box u buy from the store and put on a sub roll. No season on it plain jail. It's the same as subway, Jimmy John's. Below average subs

Quick, and food is always fresh... The dining area is well keep up and the drink machine/ containers are kept full. The workers are friendly and helpful.

Had the Turkey with provolone cheese this time.... it's a cold sandwich. Was delicious...made by Jane Snyder (asst mgr).  The steak and cheese sandwich is spot on as well. Good sandwiches, both hot and cold, good service.
