Let me start by saying the food and customer service was great. Had a delicious sub that really was packed to the brim.

However we sat around for 25 min waiting for the sub to be made. I don't know how we were forgotten or lost in translation, but it happened.

To be fair, the staff was incredibly apologetic and gave us a coupon for a free sub next time. Following the rule of 2 visits to a place before giving up, so we will be back to try again soon.

Great place to stop in and have a nice size hero sandwich bread was fresh so were the meats and plenty of seating inside

As good as Jersey Mike's gets. Not as awesome as the original that was on the back side of Point Pleasant but pretty cool to see the sub shop you grew up with turning into a national franchise.

I own a local business and stop in here almost once a week with my staff. I am writing the review because this local staff is fantastic. The manager always says hello and just yesterday gave us a free sub coupon for simply not having one of the items on the menu... not necessary, but this shows their "customer first" service and it was greatly appreciated.
I would definitely recommend this location.
