My sub was delicious and my service was great as well. I ordered the steak and cheese sub and it's my favorite now. It wasn't a short wait but not too long. It was lunchtime and the place was pretty packed. Worth the wait!Food: 5/5

The Only Employees I encountered were super dope friendly on point and super fast with my food they also was patient seeing how I got up there and couldn’t remember the orders I was supposed to grab!!! Lol They waited and made small talk suggesting small things as far as sauce on the sandwiches and I always make my way out here for this service aye get it yall whoever is bad mouthing their haters!!! !!! Sandwiches are good but this place can’t handle pick up orders at lunch time. I waited a solid 30 minutes with a huge crowd all waiting for their orders. Some had been there longer than me. I ended up leaving without my food because I had to get back to work. They need a better system. Hopefully I can get my money back.Food: 3/5

The manager of this place is really awesome I’m blanking on his name. I ordered extra meat on a sub and they forgot to add it. They called and apologized then told me if I came in again I could get a remake for free and this time they hooked it up and it was fantastic. They do get really really busy so I think sometimes they’re a little overwhelmed and forget things which honestly is understandable. I’ll definitely be going back.

If your order on the app during lunch or dinner add at least 30 mins to your estimated pick up time. The food is great but the wait is…. Not so great. Took almost an hour to get our food after ordering online.Food: 5/5

Food's good, service right enough, seating is limited.  The power outlets on the wall to maybe charge a phone/laptop while you work while seated and eating?  They don't work at all.Food: 4/5

I went to Jersey Mike’s on my lunch break and was so impressed with my experience I had to leave a review. What could have been a frustrating situation was handled so well that I couldn’t be frustrated at all. I was going to order online, but the wait time was 45 minutes, so I decided to go in person and order. When I got there, I realized why the wait time was 45 minutes. They were extremely busy with tons of online orders and plenty of people in line too. I was so impressed with the manager. Did it take a little longer than usual? Yes. But he was doing such a great job of keeping things running smoothly, telling his employees they were doing a great job, and apologizing to customers and explaining that they had 4 call outs today which is why they were so short staffed and a little busier than normal. Again, could have been a frustrating situation having it take so much longer than normal, but I was so impressed with how smoothly they kept everything running and the manager not getting stressed out or frustrated, he just stayed positive and kept things moving. Kudos to the whole team!

A sandwich is a sandwich and there are a variety of places to chose from but stoping into this Jersey Mike's was a pleasure. I saw an attentive and thoughtful staff at times while in line I questioned until it was my turn and felt the the excellent customer service...Well Done!Food: 4/5
