This is my favorite location literally!! I’ve been going here for last 2 years and i have always had the best experience. The staff are soooo friendly and so kind! The supervisor always has great attitude and smiles all the time! Great vibe!!Food: 5/5

I used to go there every day, I was gone for a few months, and the experience was terrible,the change managers, WoW...the place looked dirty, to many employees doing nothing, I asked for a Mike's way and they put so much vinegar that she had to put the sandwich side ways to take out the excess, then came the part to cut it, I asked them to wrap cut it, so it wouldn't come apart they refused stating that he had worked there for more than two years so he cut like that and off course it all came out, he had to put it back together. They tried to charge me twice, Since I had already paid and added the tip I asked for the tip back, bad service terrible sandwich all sagging and been lecture on how I had to get my meal no thank you, he didn't returned the money. Try to speak with the manager True over the phone, he hang up on me. I'm sure they all are worth 20 dollars an hour but not my business ever again,.
Philly cheese steak is practically what I remember having back home in Philadelphia! The steak sandwich is delicious! I share it with a friend whenever I order one for myself! He is always delighted and surprised when I drop off 1/2 sandwich to his work! Parking: Parking is plentiful because it is in an area where there are other restaurants,
Was a really fantastic experience was new to Jersey Mikes and this worker named Pedro helped choose my sub and was really nice 10/10 costumer service skills he did not make me feel like a costumer he made me feel like a friend. I think more people should be like him he was very nice and gentle with my sub. He made my year. And is by far the best fast food worker I have met in my life.
Fresh, great sandwiches #7 turkey & provolone and #13 Original Italian. Nice selection of chips and drinks. Amazed at how silent it was inside. Surprised they weren't playing some Sinatra or Frankie Valli, both of whom were born within 65 miles of Point Pleasant, New Jersey.
I've been to a lot of Jersey Mike's from here to Virginia, but this one always has consistently good sandwiches and the sandwich makers and clerks are top notch. The place is always clean and the manager has come out at least twice to ask me how my dining experience was.Food: 5/5
Found a hair this time in my sandwich: what a shame as I love this place! Look closely at my image and you will spot it.
The manager at this location is extremely unprofessional and rude. It was shocking how horrible he was. He made a mistake on a large order we had, —over $160 worth. He did not want to make a sandwich he forgot in the order. When we went back to the store to grab the sandwich he forgot to make he THREW it at us and was yelling! All we wanted was the sandwich that he forgot….. I hope corporate sees this because Jersey Mikes normally always has great service, just not this location.
Terrible service. I use Jersey Mikes frequently for large orders. This location was awful. Manager Very cheap and unprofessional. Provided no napkins, wouldn’t wrap separately which every other location has done happily. “You have to pay me for that” was the comment even though I purchased over 150 dollars from him and tipped the employees. Everything including receipt was messy and oily. Go to the location up the road. This one was embarrassing to use.
