Jersey Mike's Subs

Man used the same gloves he had in to operate the register to make my sandwich. Juices were left on the cutting board from the order previous to me & the man continued to make my sandwich over the juices. Did not clean off the knife used to cut my sandwich after using it on the previous order. This is a concern for people who have allergies.

I searched up “grilled cheese near me for my toddler son” and jersey mikes showed up: when I went in and asked for it they told me they did not make those and it was not on their menu. However they still went out of their way to make it for my son and I appreciate the great customer service.

Don't expect much meat or cheese or onions or peppers on the philly or the type of bread you asked for. This location used to be better. I'm done with this place.

I enjoyed my sandwich it was delicious!! steak n cheese with jalapenos lettuce n tomatoes with mayo. very clean and great customer SERVICE!

I enjoyed it and would stop by again. Definitely a step up from Subway. Jersey Mike's slices their meat fresh right in front of you! Super friendly service guides you through the menu and options. I tried the #9 Club Supreme, which I saw someone in front of me order. It's got their cooked-in-store Roast Beef which looked perfectly roasted, not well done!, Turkey, Swiss, Applewood Smoked Bacon perfectly crispy!, and Mayo along with toppings Mike's Way - with onions, lettuce, tomato, olive oil, vinegar, and spices - and I added jalepenos on fresh-baked rosemary bread. Overall a solid sub, though not the best tasting in the world. I'd go back when convenient, and I want to try some of the hot subs especially the cheese steaks.

First time going to jersey Mike's subs it was really good would drive 30min for it again just wanted to say the staff was very nice an help full Eddie thanks for the first experience will be back again

I love Jersey Mikes subs, the tall caucasian guy sorry didn't get his name on shift last night was super pleasant, completely made up for them being out of rosemary parmesan bread.

Usually no problem. Today, hr wait for online order. Must call to cancel. Number not in service. Credit card charged. How convenient. Will dispute charge, go to Subway & demand 72 pts returned.

Huge fans of jersey mikes but had a bad experience recently at this location. One of 4 sandwiches in our online order were ready upon arrival and no one made any effort to complete the order. The store continued to get busier and busier with no effort to complete our order. Eventually had to leave with only one sandwich. Updated: store manager contacted us and not only apologized, but refunded our entire order. Nice to see action taken, which shows they truly do care about the customer experience.

I placed an order online and showed up at the given time. The employee asked me for my name and he said they are making it and will call my name. So I waited 20 min and asked again if my order was ready. He reaches back and gives me my order. Why didn't you call my name like you said? The order was obviously ready 15 min ago. Very poor customer service. I will not be back.
