I got the wrong sandwich, but it was still tasty lol.  I guess warm sandwiches get made behind everyone cause when I was expecting to watch them make my sandwich and yell them what I wanted on it and watching the people behind me get their sandwiches made when my sandwich come out already made. Luckily the young lady was polite when I asked for some additions

Asked for easy on the juice and got a drenched soggy sandwich. This has happened multiple times. Done with this place and will not recommend it to anyone.  Shouldn’t be hard to make a sandwich catering to the customers preferences, SMH.

I was just there and they didn’t even acknowledge my presence walked out got tired of waiting not even an I’ll be with you in a second.

5 inexperienced teens working here, they're not even able to read a ticket and keep an order together. My husband's hot sandwich came out, he reminded them that there was a second hot sandwich in the order, and the dude who was holding the ticket still couldn't discern what was missing! When we entered, there were only 2 other patrons in the building, and it took over 30 minutes to get our full order. Other people came in, got their orders, and ate the whole thing before we got ours. Another patron left without her sandwich because it was so delayed.

Can there be a best Jersey Mike’s?  Isn’t the food the same at all the stores?  Those questions are rhetorical and the answer to both questions is yes.  This store knocks it out of the park in the people division.  It’s a busy spot, the line moves quick and the “Real” New Jersey attitude is palpable.  I’ll be back and that’s a promise.

Came in just before closing on a Saturday night. Was not made to feel rushed....the gentlemen were friendly and the store was very clean. Great food and great service!

I always order from this place and the food is great every time. Today I ordered and they were out of jalapeño chips so they substituted regular chips and included a hand written note apologizing and gave me a free sub voucher. Awesome work guys! I'm a chef myself so I understand completely but that is why I keep ordering from you. I hope you are appreciated by management for your efforts.

This location has no flow on getting customers out the door . All four associates kept bumping heads and confusion. So my order was wrong, no biggie. Came back to get it fixed and just wanna say the two people working, they were awesome, patient, friendly and fixed my food. But the owner really needs to staff this place because they are so stressed over sandwiches, 2 people on a Sunday night is not enough. Kinda messed up. 5 stars to the team but 1 star for the owner/management.
