Good fast food deli sandwich. The restaurant is in a plaza that offers free two hour parking in a garage as long as you are shopping in that plaza. The restaurant is clean. The staff is friendly. The sandwiches are made with freshly sliced cold cuts that are sliced when you order. I got an Italian and my wife got a turkey and provolone. We both enjoyed our sandwiches.

employees everywhere seem angry, confusing pricing leads to being disrespected — fun!
Worst experience ordered online ASAP 25min wait be done at 12pm. Went in 12:03 still haven't started and 4 sandwiches ahead. I asked for a refund and want everyone to know. There was another guy next to me and his order was done at 11:44am and his wasn't started. Big joke for ordering ahead of time. Go in wait in line for 30min!
the staff is quick and friendly here. a cashier offered to clean the outdoor table for me and promptly did so, & brought out my sandwich as well. really enjoyed the sub, too. coming back here asap! = 10 Stars!
The food is fine but 3 of the past 3 times I went here they took my order, forgot about it, and didn't start making it until I complained after paying. They make the correct sandwich, but typically fail to make it as specified missing extras, substitutes, or basic ingredients. The staff are friendly, but completely ambivalent. Overall it's not terrible, but it is one of the most poorly operated chain restaurants I've ever encountered.
I've never seen a group of people make making sandwiches look so difficult. It is literally painful to place an order and watch them deal with other costumers. The soda syrup is out 90% of the time, too. The food this always fresh and delicious though.
My daughter and I have made it our Saturday ritual to get lunch here. We have only had wonderful experiences! The only downside is how ridiculously loud the music is. I had to take 1 star off for that.
Better than average subs, a definite step above Subway. The staff prepares your sandwich quickly and efficiently. The shop owner is often visable and involved in the frontline operation. Seating inside and outside.
I'm here to order a 6in They won't service me until 11am due to a catering order but their doors are open for business.....very very bad business
