My Go-To Takeout Sub shop that always exceeds my expectations for a no-surprises always-tasty submarine sandwich. My favorite is the Tuna, always tastes freshly made. They prepare their tuna salad in-house so a new batch will always be waiting, never a fishy taste from sitting unused. Of course Jersey Mike’s is well known for slicing their cold cuts in front of the customer. For that reason I also enjoy the Original Italian and the simpler Turkey & Provolone. How do you adorn your sub ? The “Mike’s Way” combination is an excellent starting point. You can add or change or delete any option. I have my Tuna on white bread Mike’s Way with extra tomato but no onion, no salt. Same for my Italian and Turkeys, just add yellow mustard on the bread. You can add a small amount of sliced pickles or banana peppers on the side to take with you ! I have not tried their hot subs but I hear they’re sizzling good. Not only is the food scrumptious but so are the preparers pleasant. Greetings of “How’s your day going ?” help you to unwind as you await your sandwich The prices are reasonable, under $10 for a mini, slightly over $10 for a regular. A mini will definitely satisfy. Enjoy !
Great place to get a delicious sub. We usually go with the giant Mike’s way. Add mayo, jalapeño pickle and banana peppers. Got to top it off with the Celsius energy drink which they carry and some of Miss Vickie‘s either salt and pepper. I’m sorry salt and vinegar or Mrs. Vickie jalapeñoFood: 5/5
I suggest this location put more training into their staff. A main ingredient was left of my 18.00 sub. This would also be the most expensive ingredient on the sub. When they made a sub to replace the wrong sub it was also missing this ingredient. They said it would be made right but when I picked up the order for the third time I was treated as if I was the problem. I highly suggest more training. Good product terrible service. The only ray of hope was the young lady putting the lettuce and stuff on. She was sweet.
Today was a day of giving at Jersey Mike’s. I ordered online, but when I went into the restaurant, it was packed, so it took a bit longer. Totally understandable. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many workers behind the counter in a tight spot working so hard. The tickets comically kept coming out of the printer, but yet it was like a well-oiled machine. I don’t think that anyone minded the delay because there was no reason to get upset. It was busy and everyone was fine with it. Great job today, Jersey Mike’s! By the way, our subs were delicious!
Like BK, it's worth it if you dine-in because you get unlimited drinks. That said, my only gripe is that if you order a regular Philly Cheesesteak, the amount of meat and veggies there jut isn't worth the $17+ dollars you paid for. Can't even be given a choice of bread.Food: 3/5
Took forever to place an order because they prioritize door dash and mobile orders instead. They CANNOT toast your sub, so don't ask....what sub place can't toast subs?!?! Like c'mon Rushed through my order, even though I emphasized it was my first time, you thunk they'd offer suggestions. I wasn't the only one waiting. Many people were. Tables were dirty and not wiped down.
Love that this is my local store! I just had the best sub I've ever ordered from any Jersey Mike's location. It's a hit from this spot every time I order. Great service and masterfully crafted subs!Food: 5/5
Gives any local pizzeria a run for their money in quality and flavor. I would never say this about any chain but Jersey Mike's is at a different level. If you do go, try the #13 and get it Mike's Way or the original Philly cheese steak.
Went here for a quick sub. The food was fine but they were expensive. There are plenty of other places to get the same or better food for a better price.Food: 3/5
Fresh sliced meat makes a huge difference. I'm not quite sure why they flatten the roll when they cut it. Would you think the presentation would be more important? In the 20 or so times we have been here, we received excellent customer service only a few times. The male "Managers" look like they'd rather be somewhere else. There is a really nice young lady, very friendly and welcoming at the Niagara Falls Blvd location, but she's been the only friendly meat slicer we have encountered. We're fat, and my wife loves the roast beef sub, so obviously, we continue to come here. More welcoming people would be nice.
