I recently had the pleasure of dining at Jersey Mike's and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm from the staff. Good food, but not worth the wait. Ordered online, waited almost 30 minutes beyond my scheduled pickup time. I get it, it's new and exciting, but it's been over a month now. The girl at the counter was bribing people to leave positive google reviews in exchange for a "Free Giant Sub." Seeing the other reviews, I can see why they want to bring the score up. The staff is friendly and a few of them were def keeping a good pace, it's not their fault.
Disgusted! Subs just piled up on dirty counter tops. My sub just happened to be laying on a pile of dirty dish rags lol. Wait time was about an hour, the store is just dirtyFood: 1/5
Subs are good. There is an Efficiency issue. I won't speculate on why. I'd say to plan on waiting 25-45 minutes to get your food if your just walking in and ordering. Ive been here 4x now. Every time has been very slow. It's too long for me to wait for a simple sub so I stopped going.
We have been waiting for a Jersey Mike's to come to our area. They have one of the best sandwiches around. It makes it nice to order your food online and them stop in and pick it up. Also the people working here are really friendly and professional helping you out. Try them out I don't think you'll be disappointed.Food: 5/5
Love the taste of the subs, but there are some obvious process improvements that need made. Pickup times and expectations need adjusted to avoid clutter in the lobby. Waiting 30 minutes past the pickup time is not ideal. It seems like the workers are trying their best, but there needs to be some analyzation and improvement in the process of getting subs to the customers in a timely manner to avoid clutter. Hopefully store management can turn this around because I've loved both subs I've had.
I love Jersey Mike’s. It’s a good sub, Shop. However, you had 13 employees on April 10 at 7 PM. It took them forever to make a sandwich. They didn’t say anything till I asked them if they could please take my order. With that many employees I would suggest that they wipe tables pick up things around, but no one seem to have that kind of attitude that that might need to be taken care of. Wasn’t sure who is in charge. No one seem to know what was really going on. They were very unsure of themselves. I’ve never seen any store. Let alone Jersey Mike’s with 13 employees at one time. Please explain what was going on.
11:50 am. 2/28/2024. So, I have been in line for over 20 minutes and the same lady has been ordering this entire time. Now I am at 25 minutes for the lady. 21 people have left during this time. The phone and online ordering systems are closed because they're too busy. Only 6 workers today. Where are the owners or management to help? So, one lady with 5 sub orders, cost you, now 24 customers. Where did they go? Subway. Very disappointing. To be continued.... At 1252 pm, I finally was checked out. That was 62 minutes from start to finish. I counted a total of 33 customers who left the line to go somewhere else. Plaza Pizza and Subway thank you for the extra business.
I ordered my sub at 12:00 noon for pick up at at 5:00 PM, got there at 5:05 for pick up, ordered early so it was ready due to having to be somewhere after pick up. The sub was not ready, she found my order slip and said sorry, it was not made. They threw it together and was not good. Hopefully you do better after the newness dies off. But five hours, to get a sub done, and not done or even started. I called after I got home and of course they don't answer.
I've gone to this location 4 seperate times. Twice during lunch and twice in the evening. Both times during lunch the bread was fresh and subs were good. Both evening times the bread was hard and basically was like i was chewing on cardboard. 90% of a sub went in the trash tonight because the card was too hard to chew.Food: 2/5
