I won't be back.  Your store personnel didn't tell the facts and the manager defended them over the phone rather than admitting they made an error and told me incorrect information purposely.  When I made my first visit to the store on 8/21/17 I spent $32.64 for multiple sandwiches.  I noticed a sign on the front of the store window that described a promotion for 10% off plus an entry into a sweepstakes.  The promo code is "gators10".   I liked my sandwich so I returned the next day and bought additional sandwiches for $41.95.   I again noticed the sign and made a mental note to order online next visit to take advantage of the promo.  I downloaded the Jersey Mike app to my tablet and phone then ordered 3 sandwiches tonight.  Before I completed my order, I called the shop because I wanted to use the promo code but couldn't remember it.  I asked if they would read me the code off the sign so I could apply it to my online order.  The girl I spoke with told me that "They couldn't see any promo code on the sign.".  I told them that the sign should be up on the window and I'm sure that the code was on the sign.  They again told me they couldn't see any promo code.  I arrived at the store to pick up my order and there was the same sign I called about displaying the promo code easily viewed from the counter by the cash register.  When I questioned why they didn't give me the code the story than changed the story to "We can't give out promo codes over the phone!".  I then told the worker that they lied to me about not seeing the code.  I could have accepted a store policy denying the code being shared over the phone.  That wasn't the story I was told.  I asked for 10% off of my order because they had refused to give me the code.  They said they couldn't do that because it was a "Corporate Promotion".   Is this type of subversion worth the $3.50 that I should have been entitled?  The counter person then called the manager who when I explained why I requested the discount her response was that she is very proud of her store's customer service after I told her that I wasn't provided good customer service.  I was then told that from the phone, they couldn't see the sign.  Had she stepped 1 foot to the right, the sign would be easily visible.  There were 4 people working in the store and not one could be bothered to read the sign and relay the information to me????  I will not be back and will tell everyone I know on Facebook and Google about my disturbing experience.  Customer service is not alive and well and living at the Okeechobee Jersey Mike's....

Very friendly staff that can help you make the right choice on subs. Wicked fast sub makers in there! You can't pay for it as fast as they make it. Super clean inside and out. Food is fresh and tasty so give them a try.

When I want to spend $1.89 for an empty cup for water I will be back. My 2nd choice was $2 for bottled water. In all my visits to any Jersey Mike's franchisee they always have small cups for fountain water. Profits must be poor in "subs" when you need to charge $1.89 for an empty cup. Even McDonald's offers all size drinks for $1.Circle K is .79. Good luck Ocachobee at those prices

The manager and staff here are super friendly. It was really nice to be greeted so warmly when we arrived.

Great food, for quick service and a great Sunday head to Jersey Mike's. Want a special treat? Order a giant 99, you'll be pleasantly surprised !
