Fresh cut meats, huge sandwiches, very clean store,  and the staff was friendly. The owner Robert is very professional and truly cares about his customers walking around checking on them himself. Great place.

Fast service. Subs are great on fresh bread and a ton of meat. Their cheese steaks are great too. Better value than other sub shops

My wife went to the Porters Neck location for her free Birthday sub. Upon confirming that she was ordering correctly and would not need a print version of the coupon, to revive her free sub, she proceeded to order. While waiting on her sub to be made, our 14 month old son deleted the email. Due to the timeline for emails to be scrubbed from her trash on her phone she was unable to retrieve the coupon. Even though the associates working had seen the coupon, since she could not produce the coupon, she had to pay for her sub. 
The birthday program, for most retailers, is a way to drive traffic to their stores and reward customers who take the time to "follow" then via marketing promos. I guess this Jersey Mikes can afford to lose us as customers, as well as all the other potential, or repeat, customers, who we will share this experience with. With a Jimmy Johns shorty opening down the road, I would suggest not doing anything that will take away market share from your store that you have full control over, ie turning away a customer for a promotion that you send out.

The Jersey Mike's concept of fresh subs and sandwiches is the best in Wilmington.  This store especially succeeds due to its excellent wait staff and hands on involvement of the store's owner.
