Helpful staff, decent selection of alcohol, the only necklace is they don't sell cigarettes which is weird for a place that sells alcohol because what goes best with alcohol is a good cigarette, but there's a 7-Eleven right next door so it's not that inconvenient, and the only other complaint is that it's a tad bit more expensive than the big chains, but I would spend the dollar to extra to support a small business, and it's worth it in my opinion because of the customer service alone

I tried to make a purchase at the store. Mind you the entire time I walked around the store the lady at the front counter eyeballed me and gave me unpleasant looks. When I found what I was looking for, I continued to make my purchase stating to the lady at the front counter, I only have a few dollars on my card I would like to pay in cash and then put the rest on my card is this possible? She stated that there's a five dollar minimum for the use of your card. I then replied, I'm not sure if I have enough to cover that but we can go ahead and try. She then ran the card and said that there was only $4.75 on the card. I said my apologies I will run to the house and come back later with cash. However, on my arrival Home I was notified via text message that my card was charged for $4.75. Basically I was ripped off for $4.75. This lady was extremely judgmental and very rude no smile just rude not to mention the fact they charged me for $4.75 that I did not acquire anything for. I could care less about the petty cash but I would like everybody else to know the type of people that this company has working for them. Very unpleasant experience!

So me and my aunt decided to walk to this nearby liquor store to pick up some things. Apparently in Florida, you have to be 21 just to be in the store and they won't let you buy anything if everybody you are with isn't 21. Me and my aunt were completely unaware of this law as we didn't stop to study the small signs posted on a door, and are out of town on a vacation. Laws differ between states as many of you surely know. The sales lady was reluctant to help us find what we needed in the first place. After we got all our items, we were about to check out and she asked for my ID. I'm only 18. She stated that we had to leave and could not buy any of the items, even if I stepped outside. We left after that. About 30 minutes later, my mom decided to try to run over to see if she could get the items they needed. The sales lady hissed at her colleague "she's buying the same thing as those other people were trying to". They decided to recite the Florida law again and again, claiming that they would call the police because of my mother's "secondary sale". Congratulations to this business. You lost a potential sale and many future ones as well. I will tell everyone I know to never shop at this business ever again. Horrible service. My family was treated as if they were criminals. So again. Congratulations on your supposed "victory" of "saving" a minor from the supposed abuse of alcohol.
