Dr Jessup is fantastic and both her and her staff are always friendly and professional. I have had diabetes for 25 years and had many foot doctors along the way but the last 3 or 4 years with Dr Jessup have been the best. I would recommend Dr Jessup to anyone I know. She has taken great care of me and my feet. Dr. Jessup is the first doctor I have had that doesn't make you wait forever and the always get you in on or before your appointment time. I can't say this enough. Dr. Jessup and staff are the best in the business.

If I could give this office less than one star I would- the front office secretaries are completely incompetent and the manager is rude and completely unprofessional. Apparently clarifying things is a crime to her because she'll rudely cut you off and tell you to calm down. It's insane to me how people treat patients in this office and to be honest, I wasn't too happy with the doctor either. They also lost my first appointment and while we were talking about rescheduling it I was disconnected. Apparently they still put it on the books, which I didn't even know until I was called to confirm that appointment days later. I'm sure I would have been charged for not showing up too if I didn't go to an appointment I didn't even know I had. I would highly recommend going to someone else and saving yourself the frustration of dealing with people who don't know how to do their job properly. I won't even be making my follow up here, I plan on going elsewhere to a doctor's office that actually cares about maintaining a positive relationship with their clients as well as providing them with professional and compassionate service.

HORRIFIC experience. Botched surgery and Dr. Jessup blamed me. Went to another specialist and they agreed that the surgery was not successful. Went in to straighten out a toe and came out with a hammertoe and now cannot walk without pain. Wearing shoes is like trying to put 6 toes in an area designed for 5 toes. Toe is still swollen and it's been 2 years. I now have to have surgery again to correct my hammertoe. Worsed Dr. Ever!

Jessup Foot & Ankle is the best!!! All of the staff members were very professional and friendly!! Dr. Jessup is the best...she was not only very attentive, but informative as well. My foot is healed and I am back running my 4 miles a day!! Thanks Dr. Jessup!

I recently saw Dr.Jessup for a second opinion after hearing how great she was from one of my neighbors who had previously saw her. Both Dr.jessup and her staff were great, they were able to give me a same day appointment. She explained my condition and gave me options for treatment. I will be returning for any of my foot care needs!
