We offer iPhone, iPad, and Chromebook repair services in Chicago, IL; Redmond & Seattle, WA.

Story

Our top service is fixing the cracked screens on the iPhones and iPads but we do much more than that. We replace batteries, fix broken power & home buttons, repair damaged charging ports, and more.

iPhone repairs take 1 hour or less.

iPads take 2-3 days.

All of our repairs include parts, labor, and a lifetime warranty.

I brought my iPhone 7 plus in for a screen replacement. Service was very fast and friendly, as promised. I really enjoyed talking with the Techs who were working, while I got to read their very funny selection of books and magazines available for customers. While I enjoyed the service, I wasn't completely thrilled with the product. I was warned of a "slight color variance." But that slight variance turned into having a very dull and colorless phone. Fortunately for me, Apple no longer voids warranties on phones repaired by a 3rd party, and despite the screen being dull, I was still able to exchange my phone for a new one, as I was having other non screen-related issues with my phone. Ultimately, no harm done. I just wish the tech would have spotted the difference. I'd come back, because I am sure this is an isolated incident, but my advice is speak up if you're not satisfied!

Absolutely would recommend this place. No question. I came in with my iphone 6 busted which had over 3,500 photos I wanted to recover. It was 99.99 to replace my LCD screen which includes fixing the broken screen. They were done in 15 minutes. I came in without an appointment (recommend setting up an appointment online, includes prices for repairs), and they just had me sign in, and they got to work. I bought a phone case and a screen protector (which I can come back and replace for free unlimited times in case it cracks) bundle for an additional 29.99. In total I paid a little over 140. Stunning results. It really does look and feel like a brand new iphone 6. 

As far as parking, I was able to park by the Lincoln Park Zoo for free and was a 12 minute walk to this place. Got my phone repaired and got to see some animals. Overall good day!

Fast service. They also had all these cool retro games and old books from when I was a kid. Definitely helped pass the already fast turnaround time.

They were super nice! They called to remind me of my appointment, and had my phone fixed within the time they said they would. It was cheaper than paying my insurance deductible.  Very happy with the service.

Great service, great price. I’ve had an iPhone 6 screen repaired..twice and a battery replacement also at a great price. Much cheaper than getting a new phone
