HIGHLY. Recommend this company...very professional. Smooth process from start to finish. Had all questions answered to my satisfaction in a timely manner... roof looks like a million bucks. We are more than happy and would use them agan if ever needed. Hardworking...trustworthy companies are hard to come by anymore...and thats what i was looking for when i decided on Jet.

Well how do I start about 8 months ago I contacted jets a lady answered and I told her I wanted to see about getting my 5” gutters replaced she said we will send someone out….. 2 weeks later someone comes out without letting me know so I called and she told me the estimator will contact me so 2 weeks after that I got a call from Tanner Bass who I am guessing is the big boss he told me they would get out there sometime this week I told him I need to be there he said no problem they showed up and then told me my porch was in the way and had to be removed so me and my brother in-law spend the whole weekend removing the porch and the boss from the crew told me get the porch down and we will come the day after so Monday I contacted Tanner he said ok we will get out there 2 months later after giving me every excuse imaginable it to wet etc. but they got the gutter up and it looked great so me and my brother in-law rebuilt my porch and left a gap between the porch and gutter like before then in March I noticed the gutter was sagged down by my porch so I got up there and looked and 4 clips where missing that hold up the gutter so I called Tanner and he said we will send someone out to look at it…. I had to call him 3 more times because we had bad rain and my facer board was getting wet so he came out then called me and told me the gutter is messed up because of the porch which was put up by the same people 15 years ago and the porch was built in the same location as before I told tanner that if he could just put more clips in we will call it good he told me he would have someone out by the end of the week and too this day no one has come out so I fixed myself. I hate doing this but then you pay for a company to come out to replace something I expect to get what I paid for and for it to last more than 3 months.
