Tried Jet's for a third time this weekend.  First time I got pizza from here was over a year ago.  Not impressed, too much dough and it was heavy.  Second attempt here was much better, light flaky Detroit style and very good.  This past weekend, we got another heavy dough, not much sauce and hardy edible pizza.  Disappointed.  And Jet's is not a low cost option.  I expected better.

Over 2 years I ordered sandwiches and pizza for delivery and pick up.  Evrytime they left sauce out if the order which makes it dry!  They are rude and don't make a common sense resolution.  Then on top of it the "ham and cheese" comes with a single very sliced piece of ham that is an after thought making it more like a cheese and dough sandwich with ham for garnish and no dressing 2 out of 2 times.  Terrible employees here in waukesha!

Best pizza in town. My coworkers and I order religiously. We have a menu in every desk drawer. Jets has excellent service, and really well priced deals. The lunch deal is perfect and very affordable. Delivery drivers are always kind and go above and beyond. Shout out to the amazing team at jets for always making my day!

This pizza comes from Detroit! Our favorite is the 8 corner. Their Buffalo Chicken and Chicken Bacon Ranch pizzas are great if you’re looking for something different.Food: 5/5

Picked up 2 pizzas, drove home to find out our super special pizza had the incorrect toppings. Called Jets to notify of mistake, and they wanted us to bring the pizza back to show proof. I was unable to because Im already home, so they made us text a picture to the manager of pizza and receipt so they could verify what we were saying was true. I’ve ordered from Jets since the original one in West Allis opened and never had this issue. The Waukesha staff were so rude. We asked specifically for no green peppers and it came with them and didn’t receive mushrooms or pepperoni which comes on the specialty pizza. They refused to deliver the pizza, even though we were six minutes from their store. My daughter is pregnant and really wanted this pizza. It really disappoints me. I’ve never had bad luck with my West Allis Jets. From a customer service standpoint they should have offered me a full credit or deliver me the pizza for their mistake. They only offered me a seven dollar credit for a $23 pizza. How did they come to that?

Jet's pizza is great. This location makes great Jet's pizza, haven't had an issue at all with quality. However, I recommend only getting carry out. They use a third party service to do their delivery but they don't explicitly tell you this when you order through their website.  We had a bad experience ordering delivery through the website, which was then poorly handled by DoorDash unbeknownst to us -- the driver set our food outside our door in 0 degree weather, never knocked, never rang the doorbell, and never called. They just used the DoorDash app to "fulfill" our order, and because we didn't order through DoorDash, we had no idea our order had been delivered until we called the store 20 minutes later and found our frozen pizza out front. However, the manager graciously handled this situation, apologized, and comped us with store credit equal to our order amount.

Ordered 2 pizzas and some dipping sauce here. My 4 corners was delicious- perfectly crispy, with a good amount of toppings and nice and hot, done right when they said. However, my partner has to eat gluten free, and ordered their gluten free crust. They still got very sick from it, and spent the rest of the night in pain. If you have to eat gf for medical reasons, maybe try a different pizza place.
