I reordered from Jet's Friday night, using the text feature, but my order somehow got set for pickup instead of delivery without me realizing. I received calls and texts from Jet's letting me know the order was ready, but by that point, they were almost closed. I spoke with Christian and he was generous enough to wait for me to drive over and pickup my food. Most places would've never called/texted, let alone waited after closing for me to pickup my order. Aside from the pizza being the best around, clearly the customer service is, as well! I will only order my pizza from Jets, and hopefully I won't mix up the delivery/pickup option so Christian doesn't need to wait around for me. Thank you Christian!
Jet's Detroit style deep dish pizza is the best pizza in the Fort Lauderdale area. Perfectly baked thick crust with just the right amount of sauce and an abundance of cheese and toppings. Their phone ordering system is perfect and easy to navigate. It can be a bit pricey, but considering the size of the pizza and the quality of the ingredients, it is absolutely worth it. With four of us living together we always have a slice or two leftover. Their pizza is very satisfying and filling. The staff is always friendly and efficient.
Jets is our go to pizza place. The pizza is consistently delicious. The thin crust is my favorite and my husband loves the deep dish chicken bake ranch. The service is always friendly and the manager, Joe, is a delight. Vegetarian options: Salads, pizzas and pastas Parking: Free lot. Easy to find
