We used to like Jets. Not sure if it’s under new management now or what but the customer service SUCKS. Last time our pizza was wrong but we let it slide. This time, we did contactless delivery as we are not feeling well. Our doorbell rang per requested & to our surprise we went to grab the box and the driver was gone, our box was on the ground beside our ramp instead of on it driver went out their way to NOT leave it on the ramp - as you have to walk up it then come to the left or right or our front door to place it where it was. We had a cash tip but instead of seeing a driver we saw this lovely note on our receipt. It is not only extremely unprofessional and rude especially at the holiday time not knowing anyone’s finances but if we needed to expense this receipt we would’ve had to go in for a new one - defeating the point of delivery.

My coworker and I ordered an 8-corner pizza this past Friday, half cheese and half chicken, bacon, ranch. When my coworker bit into one of the slices, there was a CHICKEN BONE. Disgusting. My coworker and I both tried calling the store today, but the manager wouldn't give store credit or anything even after we tried to explain to him that we attempted emailing the day after it happened and received no response to this day. Will never order from here again.

Jets pizza is the best pizza ever!!! The pizza is delicious, the jets bread is amazing, and hands down is the best ranch dressing ever! This location is awesome and has great customer service! Great tasting pizza.  Always get the deep dish four corners that I order via text that saves 15%.  The best pizza in Mint Hill.

My first time getting pizza from this place and I think I found the place I'll be always going to. Delicious pizza with a lot of options. Clean and friendly atmosphere. I would recommend every one to try Jet's Pizza. I promise you will not regret it.

Since Chicago doesn't know how to share deep dish with the rest of the US, I'll be sticking with Detroit as best. Maybe this isn't the best Detroit deep dish but I've tried Sicilian pizzas and other deep dish pies all around the area and Jets is THE BEST OF ALL. There are other pizza spots with better pizza but Jets deep dish is king!

Pizza was delicious!!!  Very tasty and cheezy!!  Melted in the mouth!!  I would go again soon!!!

The 8 corner pizza was good.  Boneless Buffalo wings were what you would expect.  Staff was friendly just not very organized.

Got a deep dish with bread and cookie....reviews betrayed me,  bread sticks are pretty hard and dry, not much flavor, cookie crumbles to pieces but tastes alright, deep dish is nowhere near as good as I thought, definitely prefer domino's menu, 30$ for disappointment tbh.
