Very average pizza. Had NY style (which was just a thin pizza-not a NY style gooey and greasy as I had hoped). The deep dish was better, but nothing special. The "veggie boat" that my wife ordered was good according to her, but they put mushrooms on it when it was ordered without them...

... And over priced. Anyone who knows me knows I don't care about price when it comes to pizza, as long as it's worth it. Sadly, this was not.

No issues with cleanliness of restaurant, or with service. Order was placed online and ready on time. Served promptly and politely at the counter.

Very nasty place! As I was waiting on a pizza roaches were crawling all over the counter where the pizza is made. Will never be back!

Soooo I'm sitting outside Jet's waiting  for a $77.00 order when I notice the following.  . No gloves..toching all and everything to include their noses.... wow really ... they've touched  everything  you can imagine...when I asked why only 2 had gloves..per one of the employees they're note required...only when making salads or when having a bandage...Oh My really! Pleaae see photos...

Pizza was very tasty and good.  The service is an entirely different story.  Walked in and was ignored for a very long time, almost walked out.  Ordered pizza from a very overworked employee.  Told me 15 minutes... 40 minutes later when I asked, there was my pizza in the warming oven.  They were NOT calling names for all of us waiting there.  The phone rang the whole time and was only occasionally picked up.  One customer who ordered on the phone was told 30 minutes and when she arrived, they hadn't even started making her order yet.  I would have walked out myself except for the fact that I paid for my pizza first.  Sure am glad I didn't leave a tip.  This business is suffering from it's own success.  I wish I owned this business because it could be run so much more efficiently.  The owner must be an idiot.
