Service on machines is very slow. 
And only two times a month coming to repair and pay back refund.  So I won't use the trash machines that don't work properly and cost more than local laundry matts do.  I will go to them. 
I'm a amputee and it's hard to go out and do my laundry.  But on choice now. .
And they don't refund your money you lose in there machines. 
They say they will but lie about it. 
So to me they are a very bad company.  Wouldn't use there machines ever and I wouldn't put them in at any location. 
Not reliable at all.
Finely came and gave me my refund.  But I'll still go to a cheap location.

They send the bill to wrong address and said I was not pay the bill. Then they called me and I make sure the address is correct then they told me the bill will available on December and told me to pay it and I said I will. Then today they drive in and say want me to pay the bill now. What is a weird company. They told me different than what they act!!!!! They even charge me for late fee which was not my mistake, but theirs!!!
