Wanting to support a local small business rather than a jewelry store chain, I took a new watch in to get sized. He charged $8 per link that needed removed. The lady at the desk suggested I get two links removed. He did it in 5 minutes, charged me nearly $20 and never even asked if it actually fit. It was still too big, but I wasn't about to pay another $8 for another link to be removed. I ordered a $6 tool on Amazon to remove the 3rd link and now my watch fits correctly. I'll never go back to this place.
