I am in love with this place! I took my wedding ring into have a loose diamond fixed... the man was so very polite, fixed my ring within 10 minutes and cleaned it...very impressed with the jewelry they sell as well... this will be my new jeweler!

These guys are so full of it.

I wanted to have some diamonds taken out of a ring.  I told them, please be careful  not to damage the diamonds.  They said, "No problem.  We've been in business for 36 years.  If we damage something, we'll pay for it!"  Yeah, right.

Initially they told me that I could just wait while they did the work, on the spot.  After 15 minutes, they told me that they needed a few days to do the work.  I said, "OK."  They called me an hour later and told me that all 24 diamonds were taken out.  How is that possible I thought?  They spent 15 minutes on it as I watched, and they couldn't get any out.

Well, some of the diamonds were chipped as a result of their negligence.  They told me that it was the fault of the other jeweler, not theirs.  That's impossible.  Some of the diamonds are even chipped just under the crowns, right where they would be chipped if someone was trying to force them out.

What they actually did was wait until I left, then just forced them out...knowing that I would have objected to their method if I was there.  Although they are probably having economic difficulties (as we all are now these days), they should still be honest.

You've been warned.

So dishonest...and I trusted them.  What's happening to the world now these days?  No one cares anymore, and everyone is just supposed to take it and be happy.
