Cambodian cuisine uses little fat and lots of fresh vegetables, fruits and seafood. This makes it one of the world's healthiest, most balanced and interesting cuisines.
What makes Cambodian cuisine different? Cambodian cuisine derives its flavor from spices and aromatic herbs, with little use of fat and meats. This cuisine is a combination of complex, vibrant flavors and a very delicate balance between saltiness, sweetness, sourness and bitterness, with a keen appreciation for textures.
Jia Tella’s is a family-owned, authentic Cambodian cuisine restaurant. We have great food, we can cater your special event, we have an AMAZING gelato bar, we offer many gluten-free dishes, we LOVE music and host music events on our outside patio, we are very kid-friendly, and we invite you to come check us out.
