First time in Brooklyn visiting the brewery…and lucked out to have this wonderful pizza truck parked outside on a rainy Sunday evening.  Just giving it a shot was the best decision of the day because holiest of holy, this pizza is phenomenal.  It was the best pizza I had in 2022.  And 2021.  And 2020.  Huge shoutout to the owner for hooking us up on our second round for our trip back to Manhattan.

The food and service was great. I am looking forward to using them again for a future event. The dessert was amazing as well.Food: 5/5

Love the grandma slices from this truck. I used to get these often when I worked downtown, but I saw them on my campus on LI today and had to get them. The slices are as fresh, hot, and tasty as I remembered it to me.  If you love pizza, you'll love Jiannetto's Pizza Truck!

Jiannetto's Pizza Truck catered our wedding in Red Hook, Brooklyn and we were so lucky to have found them! After our original food truck ghosted us and stopped responding 10 days before the wedding, I happened upon Jiannetto's and they picked up right away. Joe, the owner, was so nice and professional and said that he was available and could give me a quote right away. My husband and I went to try the pizza in Soho and we were blown away by the grandma slice! The sauce was rich and flavorful and the crust was perfect. We booked them right away and on the day of, Joe himself was there to serve our 140 guests. He had the oven fired up so there was never even a line. All of our guests absolutely raved about the pizza! Thank you so much to Joe, Mary and Jake -- you made our day so special!

Hit them up after their technical closing but the pizza was still delicious; sauce was a perfect blend of salt and sweet with just the right amount of parm cheese. Thin crust square slice lovers check this truck out
