They wouldn't change my oil because of a ticking sound. It was because I was low on oil. They said take it to a mechanic. Dumb rule. I explained that I can't drive around to a mechanic without oil in truck. Really bad policy practice. Shame on jiffy lube. But the employees there were understanding
And topped my oil off at no charge. Very nice guy that helped me out. Without his kindness. I would have probably had worse problem to fix. To that employee I thank you. But to jiffy lube. Policy. Bad

We come in on weekends as my husband works in the valley. The same man works there each time and does everything short of throwing us out. The younger staff are polite and helpful and have always treated us well,but at this point I am willing to pay more not to deal with someone that does not want our business nor money/ No we are not kids ourselves at 64 years of age.

These guys are my go to for ALL servicing! They constantly run specials and take good care of repeat customers. Their prices are far below dealer equivalent, and the guys are friendly and honest. If you have dirty fluids, they will show you so you can replace and avoid costly damages. A+ every trip there....they've definetly saved me money...

Good team,  they explained everything to me and we're friendly and professional. I brought in my new car for an oil change and was asked how I liked it. I feel like they are interested in getting to know their customers which is something I value. I haven't had a problem with the oil changes I have received they are quick and the price is comparable to other places I have visited.
