Didn't have a long wait and the people who work there are very friendly

Although they denied the following one of the workers left a pair of pliers and when I returned to let them know and to check the levels they left a screwdriver this time. Both items were found under the hood of my truck. Most importantly, they noticed a crack in the tubing connected to the radiator they used some "stuff /plug it' substance to temporarily seal it. But within 5-10 mins under the hood began to over heat. Found out from another mechanic that the "stuff/plug it" substance SHOULD NEVER EVER BE USED UNLESS you are in a not so safe area and have no choice. This mechanic was concerned because after replacing the cracked tubing he noted that the "stuff/plug it" substance had leaked into the thermostat area. This is one of the reasons why this mechanic advises to not use the substance. Just warning people about the potential problems associated with this location.

Had an incredible experience!! The technicians walked me thru everything they were doing and helped me learn what to looked for in the future to keep my car in excellent condition. Felt like I was working with family! 5 stars!
