I submitted my highschool sports physical paperwork. Apparently she was too busy to clear myself as well as other teammates. I'd love to know why she is paid to take her sweet time and not do what she is obligated to do. Now half of my team is not practicing. Thanks doctor. All you need to do is review and send it back. Useless.

Dr Gingerelli and her staff are great. She talks her time and really listens to your concerns. In cases of emergencies they always have space to put you in. I recommend her to everyone.

Awful rude staff they scheduled me an appt at 3:00 on a Thursday I show up and find out that they are closed until 4. Another patient was also there saying she had an appt at 3 as well. It took me months to even get this appt bc I couldn't get thru to speak to anyone I left messages everyday no call back. At 4 when they opened the receptionist was so rude telling me my appt was at 10:30 am I don't make morning appts bc I have work! She said I have to either reschedule or wait bc there were other appts at 4 so my son had to suffer bc of her mistake that she wouldn't admit to I walked out and said I'd find a new doctor
