I would like to thank the attorneys and Veronica Flores for being very helpful with my dad's case. She was very attentive and handled our case with much care he was treated with respect and his case was not just a number but an actual person. I could see that they had the best interest for my dad from the beginning of our initial consultation. They had that human touch that you don't see anymore. He is very satisfied with the results and we would recommend them to anyone that is looking for an attorney to take the time to have the best interest for you and your family.

So far so good with my experience with this Law Firm.  Veronica Flores has been very helpful and stayed in touch with me about my case.  She is very nice and answers all my questions that I ask her.  My case is very complicated so it will take much more time to settle but so far they have done all they can for me.  I was referred to Jim Adler by my brother who had used them before and he was very pleased with the results from his case.  I will update my posting as my case progresses.

I had a really bad experience just now. I had contacted them about my case about 3 or so weeks ago because the other individual’s insurance who I was involved in an accident with denied my claim but my own insurance company denied their claim so I didn’t know where to go. I’ve had several calls and called Francisca from the office and told them my story several times. So I’m told that it’s something their attorney would be interested in. I have to reschedule because I’m given a time but not a location to where to go to as these people are terrible with their email correspondence. Finally show up to the office and I’m late by about 10 minutes because of the confusing parking and building only to be told that it’s not something they can help me with. Why wasn’t I told this over the phone? I didn’t tell them anything different than what I already had when I showed up. Such a waste of time. I would rate 0 stars but 1 is the lowest possible. Don’t waste people’s time. I have a schedule to keep just like y’all do.

Law firm is non-responsive. No one keeps you updated regarding your case and they all treat you like you are a bother. After 6 months of waiting on a settlement  I was advised that I would owe the law firm $50 even though I was still getting medical bills.

In February 2017 I hit by a semi truck carrying an 80,000 pound load. When the insurance company refused to pay for the damages their driver caused to my car and my hospital bills I called Jim Adler and Associates. They were wonderful to work with and communicated with me during every step of the process. Maria Ortiz worked hard to get me as much money as possible and even got me an additional thousand dollars the day we finally settled our claim. She responded quickly to my calls and emails and always made sure I knew the status of my claim. I would recommend Jim Adler to anyone who has been hurt and needs help making the responsible people do the right thing.
