I have heard good things about Jim Hubbard Insurance however my experience just isn't adding up. I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get quotes from them for homeowners insurance. The first time I followed up I was told that the underwriters didn't want to accept the liability of a pool that was not fenced in. That is understandable however I didn't get any notice of that decision I had to call back a week later and ask the progress to find that out. The pool has been taken out because we don't use it anyway and we really need better and cheaper insurance (current company is bordering on robbery with the premium). I asked them to run a quote with the pool being gone (and I can provide proof of it being gone) over a week ago and am not hearing anything from them. They can be difficult to get a hold of especially around midday. That can be understandable though if there isn't a lot of staff and being the lunch hour. I would like better communication from them though about what has been going on and what my options are. I am crossing my fingers that something will still go though.

I just switched both my home and auto insurance to Jim last month.  Jim made the process quick and easy for me to get my quotes.  They are quick to respond and always answered all of my questions in a timely mannger.  Great service!

Jim saved us a bunch of money on our home and auto insurance when we bought a new house last year! It was fast and easy working with him, couldn't have asked for better customer service. Don't go online just call Jim, personal service for the people.

Jim is a real class act. After getting quotes from several other companies, I finally found Jim. His quote was absolutely crushing his competitors. Do yourself a favor, save yourself some time and call Jim first.
