Went to Federal Way location for Detail and Tint. The Tint Job is superb and highly recommended. But the Detailing work with additional charge of Pet fee. Horrible, there are still tons of pet hair left in my car. The smell is gone but just the pet hair left is a lot. I folded the seat down and you can see bunch of pet hair left. I understand the upholstery is the same color of the pet hair, but the attention to detail here is definitely missed. I am sorry, but I cant even bring it back so disappointed.

I've used Jim's Detail at the Seatac location for car details for years and they have always done a great job, but they just did my Corvette on 1/4/18, and it was phenomenal!!!! It looks like a completely different vehicle! The young man that did my detail is Brandon. I will ask for him every time I bring a car in from here on out! Great job Brandon!

Great shop!  Brandon is especially all over it!!!  My car was a hot mess w dog odors and hair....it came back looking and smelling like new!!!!  I am very impressed.  I highly recommend it 😊🐶

Follow up:
After I gave them adequate time to respond I posted the negative review the leased car had been returned and then they called to try to make amends too little too late.

I took my Nissan Leaf to Jims Detail in preparation for my lease return inspection. They charged me about $60.00 more than the dealer would have but they were in a convenient location and they had the time to do it. When we went to pick it up, after they had closed, the interior of the car was very wet and the backup camera did not work. When I dropped off the car the camera worked great.
I went back twice and was told both times the boss would call me back. I left several voice mail messages for the boss and none were returned. Apparently their policy is if you break the customer’s car ignore them long enough and they will go away. I can’t think of a reason anybody would ever want the take their car to Jims Detail.
But at least my broken car was clean.

Don’t go off there hours listed .. I drove all the way here one day from Tacoma just for a hand wash as it’s the only place I take my truck to get washed ... to find out they put there stuff away 2 mins ago and wouldn’t get the hose back out ... after all the money and tips I’ve given these young kids ... welp good thing they aren’t the only place that does detail ... 

So long Jim’s ... learn some better customer service
