JWRC has extensive experience providing roofing and waterproofing consulting services for our clients, including owners, architects, engineers, property managers, and construction managers.
A typical project can include a simple peer review of documents by others for new construction, or initial evaluation of existing construction to determine a recommended scope of work and preliminary opinions of cost.
Beyond this phase, we are fully equipped to prepare complete construction documents, and provide construction phase project management and administration services through project closeout.
