This contractor was hired to paint a house under renovation in Dalton.  About half way through he was paid in full because he said he needed the money. He promptly disappeared and did not return.  Despite several promises via phone and text to complete the job he did not, resulting in the owner having to pay another contractor over $1,500 to complete what he had been paid for.
