After a long day of canoeing this past summer we stumbled upon this little joint and were pleasantly surprised. The bbq sauce variety is exceptional and I think they serve one of the best brisket sandwiches I’ve ever tasted! We’ll definitely be returning. Please consider expanding your business and starting a restaurant in the northern suburbs.

The brisket sandwich was dry. It didn't  really have a smoky taste to it. It's been  sitting out for a while. wpuld I come back? maybe,but for something different.Food: 1/5

Wow, an excellent BBQ choice with all the options and sides. We got perfect little tacos, the Carolina pulled pork and slaw sandwich was like a piece of art, and the diced ranch potatoes were the best side I’ve ever had. Desert of Pecan pie and a cow chip ice cream cookie sandwich hit the spot.

How did I not know this existed? Been coming to the Kankakee area for years and just went here yesterday. The BBQ was quite good and I loved the ranch potatoes. Will definitely be back

Thought of a different choice for dinner.  We don't do bbq often mainly parties.  Pulled pork was good and fresh.  Add a little sauce and your off!!  Beans were flavorful.  Give Jimmy's a try!Food: 4/5

Food is decent. My only complaint is they don't sell fries there. Hadn't seen that before in a BBQ place. But not gonna knock them for it.Food: 5/5

The Ribs are Amazing. But the best part is there sweet corn muffins. To die for. I always take a bag of them back to Michigan.  Kid-friendliness: Kids love it

Food was not good at all.  I was very surprised since they been there for awhile but it should have been a sign walking in and no one was there on a Friday night.  Service was fine.  They were nice.  But I think bored with nothing to do since no one was there.  We were really wanting a good bbq.  Very disappointed.  Ribs, not good at all.  Sides were slightly warm but tasted like they were left overs from the afternoon lunch. .  Chili, tasted like soup with left over rib meat and beans. I hope it was just a bad day for them.
