Service sucks! 
I live only a 5 min drive from their store. I order one sandwich  at 8:20pm . Around 8:50pm i called their store to see if my order had already 
left. They told me its already  on their way.  It finally got to me at 9:10pm. Besides  it taking  almost  1 hour to get too me. The sandwich  was very soggy.  Never again ! I will order from this place again .  They definitely  need to change their commercial  on being  the fastest  delivery  sub shop.

Unprofessional young manager that is extremely rude, no customer service skills. I've been trying to contact the Store/District Manager. Have made several visits, no luck as of yet. The staff refused to give me contact information. However, I did complete the online feedback for the Aventura location. Horrible service.
