If I could give 0 stars I would. Have order multiple times and every time it has taken at least 50-60 minutes to get my delivery. Would not recommend at all!

I ordered on a Sunday and delivery took over an hour to go about a mile. When we called they said they were short on delivery drivers. When they arrived they forgot one of our chips. I called and they said they would bring it within an hour. 4 hours later the chips never arrived. I called a second time and a new manager said he would refund the amount for the chips but two days later I still haven't been refunded. While it may seem petty to fight over $2, the principle of being told twice by management you are going to fix the problem and then you don't, is very poor customer service. I won't be ordering from this Jimmy John's ever again.

This place is awful from the entrance through the purchase. You walk in, nobody acknowledges you, employees are attending to their phones not the food, but hey at least they have gloves on. Upon serving you with gloves on (from the phone), they handle your money and then go make your sandwich with the same gloves!!!! To be sure there are some good people, who actually do the job right and with courtesy, but given the process I just described, I wouldn't even give this product to street animals. Place needs a major managerial overhaul.
