I just ordered online from here today. The manager was awesome on the phone when I followed up with my order along with the history of the restaurant. The food came out really well. I would recommend these guys especially if you want fast and reliable service. I ordered the Vito for the first time since I am part Italian. I ordered extra lettuce since I got extra Italian vinaigrette and it actually was a good sandwich but I didn't really taste the vinaigrette much. Great first experience though:-)

What's Jimmy John's known for? Speed and reliability? Nah..not this time. I've ordered from Jimmy John's all over the world and never had a bad experience. It took them nearly fifty minutes to get my food. I called after thirty minutes just to get an idea on how much longer it would be.. I mean it was nearly 11 pm..how busy could they be? But maybe five minutes before I called I notice a delivery car driving down the street but the sign wasn't lit so I didn't think it was mine. Ten minutes later I get a call from a young man that's obviously stoned. He sounded agitated and said he had been at my residence for quite a while. I told him it's stored on my account to call upon arrival and that I would be down to get the food. He said he didn't know. I got down there and he's just dragging and speech was slurred. He handed me my food and said he needed me to sign it. I asked for a pen.. He said he didn't have one and he'd go to his car to get it.. But he clearly sounded like he didn't want to. I stood there waiting for maybe two minutes...I look to see where he went. HE'S PARKED DOWN THE STREET.! His car was the one I had saw..I'm just baffled and dumbfounded. I want my tip back..smh. The food was great tho..as always, but who wants to wait like the though? Foolish.

I live two block away, maybe, and they won’t deliver to me. They say I’m out of the delivery zone. Anything over Rutherford is out of the zone yet they are the only ones near me. Just lost a customer thank. So much for customer service.

Jimmy John's has 5 star quality food and service. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5? It's simple, some items that aren't on the menu and definitely should be. The ones I'd like to see are dice pickles for on sandwich topping, and better cheese options. The fix that then 5 stars ALL DAY!
