I really like the concept and the quality of the sandwiches, for the most part I've always been treated professionally and nice however last December that was not the case. The staff working on the 24th at around 2:30pm treated me in a rude way and not professionally. Besides there has been at least 2 times when they forgot one of the ingredients on my sandwich so needless to say I will drive to the one in south Ogden instead of this one. Too bad for the owner who just lost a customer to other store. I truly hope they can take action and do some customer service training. Very disappointed.

Overall the store (and restrooms) are very clean. The Jimmy decorations are fun and interesting to read. Unfortunately, I had so much time to read them while on my last visit, that I saw everything in the entire store. My rating is a reflection of how I was treated while there and the speed (or lack thereof) with which my order was made, or better said, forgotten. I placed my order, expecting it to be completed quickly. After 10 mins and none of the staff noticing that I was still waiting, I approached the counter. I asked about the status of my order, where I was treated with indifference. Apparently, another customer had taken my order. I waited while they remade my order. My visit took more than 15 mins for a quick sandwich! So much for "freaky fast." Next time I'll go to Subway.

Always get exactly what I expect here. A great sub that's ready before I'm even done filling up my drink.

Great service.  Very delicious food. Unfortunately it gets really hot in there because of the big windows in the front. But we love this place.

I order delivery from this location a couple of times a week and have never been disappointed with my sandwich. I recommend the larger size one to the slim.
