Today was a pleasant visit, but it was a little cold in the lobby.  The sandwich was huge!  I love the combination of flavors.  This Jimmy John's is my usual location, very close to my job. The staff was very professional today.  Thank you for a good meal service.

Great friendly staff! Sandwiches are really good. We go two or three times a week because we like this Jimmy John's so well!

TERRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE! It's like the owner trains their employees to put the SMALLEST AMOUNT of cheese\meat possible and LOAD it with lettuce. This sandwich is tastes like bread and salad. I literally cannot tell there is meat or cheese in any bite. Absolutely TERRIBLE. What a waste of money. Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.

Customer service is lacking! Use to be so much better service @ their Gresham location. I ordered this afternoon a #9 Italian with peppers & cut in half. As I waited in line, I could see my sub sitting in the bag & even waited so long I honked my horn to the staff that had their backs turned so I could just get my order and go  - I could see my order was done. But still I waited for my sub, so long that I was able to take a pic of their "Subs so fast you'll freak" tees in the window with my sub sitting there in the bag. Then, I find out my sub wasn't as I ordered with the special instructions. When I brought it back, Devon (the cashier) had instead a gal from the sub assembly line come to the window with a nasty face and asked for the sub back in the most rude and disgusted way ever. No sorry or anything?! Never going here again. Their service has really fallen!
