Use to have great service but the last 4 times they have messed up my order! Attempted to call the manager and was told "She" would call me back! No response or call back! Very sad because they are so good but are lacking in consistency with their quality.

I pre-ordered online. When I got to the store it was busy. A half dozen customers were waiting, and the gal at the cash register came out from behind the counter, and left. Another gal approached the cash register, but avoided making eye contact as she grabbed a cup, and went on break. I ended up standing there for over three minutes before any employees even acknowledged my presence.

There were three guys frantically making sandwiches, throwing garbage on the floor behind them. They must have been doing this for awhile because there was a lot of garbage on the floor.

Had I not already paid for my sandwich, I would have left. I'm not really sure why I didn't, or why I even ate the sandwich after seeing how filthy the store was. I guess the sandwich was okay, but still, who just throws trash on the floor?

Have been here twice. Once ordered in and the other was delivery. Both times, great service and good food.

Great service great food! BUT my order has been filled wrong a few times.... not good since I have a slight allergy to what gets messed up! Yikes!! Other than the order mistakes they have great food and great customer service!
