Ordered for delivery last week. 30 minutes go by and still no sign of my food. I call to ask what's the hold up and they inform me that a driver is on his way. Another 15 minutes go by (keep in mind my work is about 5 minutes from their location) so I decide to call back to cancel my order, and get my money back. The manager tells me that since I paid with a card it'll be 5 to 7 business days which is fine... except I never got my money back... some of thee WORST service I've ever had.

This is the third time I've ordered from this location. Every single time its been 30 mins or longer. I called today 30 mins after I ordered and they still had not sent it out for delivery, 45 mins still nothing. What happened to freaky fast?

Worse delivery service ever.  Food is good but way overpriced.  I live in a apartment building, when they arrive they call (which is ok).  When I go down to the lobby after they
they call and tell me they are here I have to go outside to the drivers car to get my order.  I was always lead to believe that delivery service brings food to your door.  Then the driver gets an attitude when I give them a small tip.  Never ordering from here again.

Just got my order 5 minutes ago.  I ordered a large lemonade and cheese on my sub which were both missing.  The last 2 times I ordered the delivery driver did not have change for a $20 bill.  So my $7.50 order ended up being $20 total twice.  Do not place any phone orders, your order will be wrong 75% of the time.  Instead, place your order online.  The less human interaction with Jimmy John's employees, the better.

I got food.... Sustenance... No service though. I walked in and stood at the register for close to 2 mins with the cashier talking to the others and looking at me as if came in too close to closing time. This was around 830pm. She finally asked if "know what I wanted?" No hello or how are you. I know this play has no thrills to it and I know exactly to expect from the food. But a little effort in service is expected as well. The sandwich too like 5 minutes too. Normally at a JJs it's done before I'm done paying. Get it together please
