The food is overpriced and lacking of flavor. When they get your order wrong, the manager will not send you a new sandwich unless you pay for it...

Horrible customer service from the manager on duty. My sub was completely wrong, which I understand happens, but when I called to ask if I could get a new one the manager I spoke with was incredibly rude and refused to do anything about it or send a new one out. I'll stick to ordering erberts and gerberts.

The business that I work for had an offsite meeting in Oshkosh today, and we needed a catered lunch to accommodate our diverse group. Jimmy John's catering offers customizable options for everyone, and they met all of our needs. Their staff and service were exceptional, making sure it was exactly what we were looking for, and got 100% correct! Thank you so much, especially to Matt who went above and beyond!
