I grab a sandwich from here pretty often, and it’s always been good and quick. I’ll put an order in via the app, and I’m picking up my sub in 5 minutes. I’ve never had them make a wrong sub, and the staff is always prompt and friendly. 
The only thing I wish they’d do different is offer toasted subs like the other guys do. I realize this would slow down their system and they position themselves as “freaky fast”.
To address those reviews complaining about the small delivery area: that’s part of how they advertise as “freaky fast”... they have a small delivery area so they can serve customers as fast as possible.

The food is good. But you get literally one maybe two pieces of meat accross the sub width. Maybe 5 on the entire sub. Its all bread. I added cheese and it was A DOLLAR for 2 pieces!!

I got it delivered and the cheese was not on it. Was told they could send out the cheese or a new sub but they had to have the other one back?! You're just going to throw it away anyway, why not let the customer keep it? & then they didn't even offer to refund the cheese price. Lol crazy.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I just tried calling to have a delivery order placed. I’m only a mile away and the rude woman who answered the phone told me they can’t deliver to me. What kind of place is this, the food is already overpriced and not even that good. I’m sick at home and just wanted a sandwich. She wouldn’t even deliver it to the doctors office that’s a block away from me (within their delivery range).

The food is good but the staff is awful! I won't return to this one while this staff is here. The girl who rang myself and my boyfriend out looked at us like we were retarded for ordering the #s that are posted! Told her I wanted two chips and two drinks..... went to take chips and the entire staffed yelled across that I only paid for one chip! Thanks for being completely unprofessional and clearly dumb because I asked for two! It's not that hard to work at jimmy johns! Damn!
