Starting from the manager down to the employee taking phone orders... WORST customer service ever. I have ordered twice from this place, first time they messed up and I still have them a chance. Today not only they messed up, but when I called to complain and was transferred to John, the manager, he was extremely rude, when I mentioned I was not planning on ordering from them ever again... he just said OK and hung up the phone! Hey I f you don't like working there... quit. It is not the customers fault. HORRIBLE experience! Do not order from this place! If I could it would be 0 ⭐️

Yo this place told me that because i am in sanford i have to order from sanford location for delivery and i did then the Sanford location told me that i have to order from lake mary location because they are closer lmao omg this was told to me from a manager these people have their heads so far up their asses they cant see the customers anymore  ..i guess ill get subways

This IS THE worst JJ’s i’ve Ever did business with. 6 orders, 5 wrong. Promise to bring back missed items and don’t. Manager could care less attitude. No more of my money goes to this place EVER! And never gives napkins, straws, and doesn’t read order comments. Actually on last order I called and the young lady was actually laughing. Worst ever. The only reason you got one star was because there isn’t anything less. I spent $100’s on the past month. Taking orders elsewhere!

I have always had great experiences at the Jimmy Johns in Winter Park but this one consistently sucks. Staff is often rude, sandwiches look slopped together, and there is no uniformity on how much of what is put on the sandwiches. I won't be back.

I wish I would have read the reviews for this location before ordering!!! I just spent $19.23 on an order I did not enjoy. This place is overpriced. I expected it to be at least somewhat decent. They forgot my hot peppers!! Which is the favorite part to my meal, as well as my mayo and mustard packets. No napkins? Thats okay because my sandwich was dry. Lastly, The delivery guy did not even look at me or greet me. He handed me the bag and said "signature" then walked off. I gave a $3.00 tip online before I got my food (huge mistake!) I wish I could take back the tip!!!! Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Dissatisfied! Make your customers feel important or you will lose a lot of business. Sandwich was decent besides all of the ingredients I ordered that were missing.  Not worth it, and won't be coming back.
